Exchange & Return Policy
1. 14-Day Exchange Window
We want you to love your Baber Ali Studio garments. If the size or fit isn't completely ideal, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Conditions for Exchange
• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine original condition.
• All original brand tags, packaging, and protective bags must be intact.
• Items damaged due to customer handling or alterations cannot be exchanged.
• Sale or promotional items are exchangeable for alternate sizes subject to stock availability.
3. Exchange Procedure
1. Contact our WhatsApp support team or email contact@baberalistudio.com with your Order ID and preferred replacement size.
2. Our team will verify and book a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions to our Lahore studio.
3. Once inspected, your replacement article will be dispatched immediately.
