Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
• Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: All domestic orders valued over Rs. 5,000 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Flat Delivery Rate: For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 300 applies nationwide.
• Courier Partners: Deliveries are handled by TCS Express, Leopards Courier, and Call Courier.
2. International Shipping (Worldwide)
• We deliver worldwide to USA, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Europe, and Australia via DHL Express.
• International transit time is typically 5 to 8 business days.
• Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable by local customs) are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
• All ready-to-wear orders are inspected, pressed, and dispatched from our Lahore studio within 24 to 48 hours.
• As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number and courier link will be sent to your registered email and phone number.
• You can also track your parcel in real-time via our Order Tracking portal.
